Information collected
The site may collect contact, delivery, order, payment-reference and support information needed to operate the storefront. Wallet transfers are manually verified; the site does not request a private key or seed phrase.
Customer accounts
When you sign in, the external authentication provider manages your login, email and password or other credentials. Selection Peptide Lab does not store customer passwords. We store the provider customer ID, email and optional profile details in D1 so that your account, saved addresses and order history can be connected safely.
Orders keep the name, email and delivery details submitted at checkout as an order snapshot. This lets us fulfill and support an order even if an account is later deleted; the snapshot is not used to recreate your account.
Use and retention
Information is used for order administration, fulfillment, customer support, security and legal obligations. Account data remains while your account is active. You can download your account data or request account deletion from the account page. Deleting an account removes the customer profile, saved addresses and account-to-order links; order snapshots are retained only as needed for fulfillment, accounting, security or legal obligations.
Your choices
Use the account page for profile updates, data export and deletion. Use the Contact page to request access to or correction of information associated with an order or inquiry. Applicable rights depend on your jurisdiction.
